Someone Help! Where is the Etsy support chat?

Help!  I have been going in circles with Etsy contact us option for help.  Chat is nowhere (7/27/22) and replies to help are not be read but are generically answered not helping me at all!  I need to speak with a live person and they disabled all avenues to do that.  This is what I need help with- 1. Etsy took off one of my listing in a different shop I just opened stating it violated policy.  2.  When I search for the reason the email noted LED lights.  My lights are not Led but battery operated with double As and are removable! 3.  There are countless of competitors on etsy selling comparable items. 4.  I spent the summer making these and invested hugely. I can not afford not to have this issue repeat itself or I may lose my shop! 5.  I am at a loss of what to correct if I can not speak with a human!

Do they use coin batteries? If so, that is why.

She did say they use double a batteries but the bot probably flags everything with battery and light.

@RezendeDesignsChat seems to come and go. At the bottom of the email response there should have been something like 'I still need help'. Click on that or Etsy will think that their generic response solved your problem.

If you have another shop(s), you need to disclose this fact in the shop you are posting from and the other shop with the deactivated items.  Also, having no policies in this shop and possibly the other one gives you no Etsy seller protection.  Also, you need an about page.  

As far as the batteries go, using AA batteries shouldn't cause your item to be deactivated.  Since I don't know what you are selling in the shop with the deactivated item, I don't know what else I can say.  Just keep on replying to the original email Etsy sent indicating that you still need help.  Etsy is famous for their terrible customer service.

Etsy deactivated all my led product, and none of my products comes with batteries and are not coin-operated, and my item was still deactivated independently. No warnings Just removed and cant is undone. BUTTTTT. All the big-led battery-operated companies are still up and running. So not fair

A new policy was uploaded on June 9th. After June< many people lost all their led handmade products except the larger seller companies. Etsy only went after the smaller people. Even if you have no coin batteries and even if you don't send, sell and ship batteries, you will still be on Etsy generated list to go after any names that have the word led or battery in it. We have all been targeted. I emailed and had them call me everything until I finally got a real answer. The kelp said, "You violated policy" then someone finally sent me an email saying it was my hand-made battery-operated led products. Now I am stuck with over 3000 of inventory or parts, tools, and products. What's funny was that someone from Etsy reinstated my led products, then they were all removed three weeks later like it was a game to them.

@BelaPonyi i’m a regular forums browser but i missed this battery issue. to my usa customers batteries are included with their order and i mention it in the description and materials. wondering if i need to omit these going forward.

Your listing(s) were removed because Etsy prohibits the sale of items that do not qualify as handmade, vintage, or craft supplies as well as highly regulated items, including (but not limited to), items with an easily accessible button cell or coin batteries clothing, jewelry and personal accessories with LED lighting. While these items were previously permitted, we have determined we can no longer accommodate these products in our marketplace.
 
To maintain the integrity of Etsy and our community, we don't allow certain highly regulated items in our marketplace. Even if they may be legal in certain areas or under certain conditions, we're not the right venue for items that are highly supervised or regulated.

This was the last message I received after multiple complaints I sent to Etsy . They finally explained that it was the batteries after the new June 9th policy update but I didn’t sale and ship battery nor use coins battery and they still removed my items .

I can assure you that your items were not singled out for removal. All sellers and listings in our marketplace are subject to the same policies, which you can review

Please note, Etsy doesn't screen listings before sellers publish them, meaning that from time to time you may come across listings that do not qualify for our marketplace. When sellers sign up to sell on Etsy, they agree to follow our policies. It is each seller's responsibility to make sure their shop and its items are compliant with Etsy's policies.

That said, I understand it can be alarming to hear from us about items that do not meet Etsy's policies. Our team reviews many items and shops daily, and we reach out to members all the time about what qualifies for sale.
