I'm trying to set up a few listings here with domestic and global shipping but the domestic shipping options keeps saying I'm in the United States.
Which isn't right as I'm a few thousand km's away in Ireland.
I did have my region on the page changed to the United States and had forgotten about it, but I've changed it back to Ireland. Has anyone seen that happen before? I don't want to list stuff in case it's messed up
Very strange. I know if you view someone's listing, and change the ship-to there, (like if you wanted to see what shipping would cost to the US) it stays until you change it back - but that's only as a Buyer - I wouldn't think it should affect you as a Seller.
The main place to change your ships-from address is Shop Manager - Settings - Shipping Settings - Shipping Label Options - tab at the top
thanks! It doesn't seem to think my postcode is valid....*Sigh*...maybe it just takes time to switch over in the servers or something tech-y like that. I'll maybe just go out and have a pint instead of listing stuff tonight
My listings are still saying that my domestic shipping is in the United States....but I still live in the Republic of Ireland.
Do you use any Etsy App on any device? Check the settings there as they can override browser based account settings.

cheers Lawrence, I deleted all my Etsy apps and it's still got my domestic shipping as the United States so I don't think it's that unfortunately
My shop has completely died the last 30 days, I'm down 80% in revenue from last year despite basically added 250 new listings in the last 30 days. I'm so fed up with this place
