Some of my listing thumbnails seem distorted

Today i noticed that some of my listing thumbnails  are looking distorted. Square frames seem vertical or horizontal.

These are not new listings and thumbs and they all looked fine before.

Forexample, The grumpy fish listing is for a square ratio print. The thumbnail seems horizontal, but when you click the listing you see the original square ratio frame.

Hope i can explain the issue.

Could someone please check out my shop and see if you can see any problem.

I looked at yours btw, but i am not sure. I think the amethysts on spoon listing seem a little bit disorted.

Mine and a lot of others were like that this morning. Mine have finally went back to normal a couple of hours ago.

Yep, it happened to me as well. Not all of them, just some.  Made me do a double take because they were just slightly squished horizontally.

@TomeerkatPrintStudio  Earlier today some of mine were distorted in my shop but when I checked the same listing in Etsy Search the image looked normal. Etsy engineers are aware and one of the mods let us know it was being investigated in one of the earlier threads.

Huge problem this morning but my shop photos are no longer distorted and Etsy says problem is resolved.  But.....now my sold items photos are distorted!!  Not as much of a big deal but it is frustrating.  What's next?!

It is not resolved at all for me, I saw that distorted photos then I saw it went back to normal but later it goes again and now nothing has changed.

I'm still having this issue too, my images are stretched in shop view. I checked on mobile and desktop and the issue persists.
