Can anyone tell me how to get the ability to reply to my customers? Its been over a year and its says if it continues to happen, contact support. Well there is no support to talk to or contact and Im losing sales because these waterheads have me blocked for some reason. I have not spammed at all at any time. I have not broken any rules that I know of and they havent said I have broke any. Can anyone help?

If you speak to other sellers like that, when they are trying to help, I'm not surprised your messages are blocked
You are speaking to your fellow sellers. Lashing out at us will not help with your problem.
Contact us > Managing my orders > My Messages have been disabled. Clicking that should bring you to the page to email Support, or depending on the time of day, Chat.
Otherwise, find a topic where the ''I still need help'' button is visible. Clicking on that will bring up one or all of the available contact options.
As you are in Florida, the call back option is available to you.
