Sales from my shop are free of shipping costs (for almost all products). There are different prices for sales "National" or sales "International"
Etsy charged or collected the price from the buyer for a sale within Germany, even though it was a sale "international".
The problem occurred several times. My attempts to clarify this with ETSY have so far been unsuccessful.
Who of you knows this problem? And even more important > Does anyone know the answer to: How to solve the problem?
