When I looked at your shop, the first three things I saw were rugs with the trademarks "Ikea", "Playstation" and "Lord of the Rings".

None of these listings say they are officially licensed to use those trademarks.

You also have a production partner who makes the rugs. To sell them on Etsy, the images on them must be your original designs.

But you didn't design the Lord of the Rings map, nor the Playstation game disk.  So these items are in no way handmade or designed by YOU.  And therefore can't be sold on Etsy.

There are multiple items with these issues.

your first pictures are mockups, they are not allowed on the handmade section, it is against etsys creativity standards

you need a photo of the actual finished item that was made by you

you cannot have a mocked-up example.

You also have IKEA's trademark and address mocked-up on your handmade rugs, which is IP infringing, and the simpsons etc

you sell to the EU/uk without legal policies, gdpr - address and e-mail address in sellers details

read the creativity standards, and requirements for shipping to EU/UK, put your shop on vacation, whilst you fix it all

so much wrong with your shop that needs fixing asap

@PurpleTapestryDecor  you need to remove the trademark infringing listings. If you get too many removed by Etsy, they will close your shop.
