Sold item re-sold

I just sold an item that I am 99% sure I have sold already. However, I cannot find any evidence of that. I've looked under "Completed" in my Orders – it's not there. I just re-organized my inventory recently but looked there anyway and cannot find the item there either. I remember packing the thing up. Maybe I'm crazy but is there another way of finding everything you've sold in the past year?

Do a search on sold items

I did and it's not there. I looked under Completed in the Sold items

I have had that happen before too ... darn Etsy gremlins!  I have now gotten in the habit of deleting listings after they have sold so that this doesn't happen again.  

Is it possible the order was cancelled / refunded, either by you or Etsy after it was shipped?  Is it in any of your listing folders (active, draft, expired, sold out, inactive)?

Perhaps you sold it on another website?
