I can not log into Etsy Help Centre

Hello,

I have quite a problem since there is no way for me to contact Etsy Support. What happens is that I am logged in on Etsy, but when I go to the Etsy Help Centre I am suddenly not logged in anymore. Then when I click the 'log in' button, it takes me back to the same homepage of the Etsy Help Centre. It is a loop I can not get out of. To be able to contact Etsy Support you need to be logged in, so you can see my problem. Also whenever I go back to a different Etsy page I am still logged in.. 

Is Etsy aware of this problem or? Since I can not contact them I have also no way of telling them this, but I have had some questions and have nowhere to go now.

Has anyone had the same problem or an idea on how to solve this?

Use Contact us under Help in the shop manager?   You don't need to go to the help center.  It will take you to the opening pages in the Help area.

And you will already be logged in.

Have you tried cleaning out cache and cookies?  Are you sing the app?  Use a browser.

Yes I did that, what I am saying is that normally you would be already logged in. But when I click on it, I am not logged in anymore, and also have no option to do so. 

When I click the log in button it just takes me back to the page I was already on. I have tried two browsers, cleaned cache and cookies and have also tried via my phone.

So no matter what Support button I click on, I am not getting any further.

@EyelovePlanning  I just tried to look something up in "Help". And the page does not load (desktop computer, Chrome).

That's a different issue, but yes that would mean no access to the Etsy Support system as well..

I just looked up something in the help center and it works great. Using my iPad

I have tried via my laptop on two browsers and on my phone. I am sure not everyone has this problem but for those who do and know a solution..

Anyone? This is just so frustrating and disheartening. Due to the redirect loop issue (I keep being redirected to the help Centre homepage when I click the Etsy support button) it is impossible for me to reach out to Etsy support and I really need help.

I have tried a couple of links I found via forums and got on a live chat but no after 2 hours still no response. Although I did get an email with 'Let us know how we did '

I don't know what to do anymore.

I have the same problem. Apparently, it happens quite often in some countries.
Just like you, I’ve already tried almost everything — different links, browsers, and devices — but I always get redirected back to the main Help Center page.
I can’t open a support ticket on my own, so I’m looking for help here regarding changing my shop’s default language settings.

Ah I am sorry to hear that. I did not know that it happens a lot in certain countries, I do know that I first did not have this issue and was able to reach Etsy Support.

So you think that if you could change your language the page would change and you would be able to reach them? Please let me know if you succeed, I hope it works out

And I hope more people with this issue respond to this forum item so Etsy will know about this problem and they can actually do something about it.

I mean I am not able change the language settings myself. Actually, in such cases we should create a ticket but it is not working It looks like we both struggle with Help Center/tickets.

Exactly, how can we get help without being able to get to the ticket part of the Help Centre.. very frustrating. If there only was an email or something, just one different option for problems like this.

I fully agree. An additional contact option would really be needed. Hopefully, the moderators will notice our posts.
