Sold Number Not Updating

Sold two items today (and yes, the payment went through), but my "sold" number did not update.  It's the same number as yesterday.

Anyone else having this happen?  I viewed my shop through my other shop, and the number is still the same.

Maybe it’s just slow on updating.

I don't know...the sale was made some time ago.  I've never seen this happen before.

Were they two of the same items? Perhaps your last couple sales were for multiple quantities and Etsy only counts that as one sale. So two orders of two items each is four items but if each order was two of the same your count only goes up by two, one for each unique product per order.

Or perhaps payment is pending?

Were your last two sales the intaglio brooch and the letter opener?

@NightOwlMemories  Are you having this problem using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

No, I know how it works...been here since 2008.  Sold two separate items and the number has not changed.

I viewed it from another shop and the number is the same.  Etsy did not update the sold number.

Yes, the brooch and letter opener were the last two items sold.  I went to bed last night with 1557, which correlated with the last item I shipped out.  Woke up today to two more sales but the number is the same. And again, no, not pending.

I can relate. I just sold 10 listings, and my number has still not updated. 

update: it has resolved itself

Glad to hear it updated.  Mine never did.  I am watching it to see if it updates again when I sell something else.
