I have just noticed that the 'Smooth Dispatch' and 'Rave Reviews' badges are not displayed on my store even though I have qualified for them. I wonder if anyone can look into this for me please. I did not qualify for Star Seller as I missed one message but I did qualify for the other two badges. I have had to use the Star Seller label for this post though as the other two badges names are not allowed to be used as labels for posts in this forum!

There's nothing for Etsy to resolve and Etsy rarely replies to post. It's not a technical issue.

It's more than likely that you're in a test and that is why you're not seeing those. Quite a few threads about this other test that is not showing if a shop has badges or not.

You're not speaking directly to etsy here, just other sellers.
Are you sure you are looking at the previous period (April/May/June)? SSB are only awarded on the 1st of the month, and etsy has said they will not "fix" anything having to do with SSB
Etsy removed all of the badges and marketing text (i.e. "Top Shop for Gifts!") in this current test view. The users in the test will see no badges on the shop home page. The only "badge" I'm able to see is a minuscule star by the shop name if the shop is a star seller.
