It is impossible to talk to an authorized person from etsy. I am trying to log in to my account but there is no 6 digit security code sent to my phone! I tried to cancel 2fa, it sent me a 6 digit number to my phone again but these codes do not come to me and it also put me out of my open account on my laptop! Right now, the only account I have open is the app on my phone, if that is not available I will not be able to send orders. I cannot add another phone number either. I tried to contact seller support for this situation but the system does not allow me to open a case about the problem, I write the problem or enter my phone number but when the system says send it does not proceed, the system does not receive commands. I wrote about this issue, they replied here, thank you very much but I tried to reply to the reply that came, since it wanted me to log in from the safari section again, I could not even reply because the 6 digit number did not come!
