Hi Etsy Community,
My shop has been in Vacation Mode for almost a month, and despite opening a case with Etsy support and reaching out on social media (Instagram, X), I haven’t gotten any updates or resolution.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on how to get in touch with support (real people not robot) or escalate the issue would be greatly appreciated!

Why did they put your shop in vacation mode? You should have received an Etsy email explaining why.
