Lately when I sign into etsy, two things are happening. One, it is telling me I've entered the wrong password, when in fact I have not. It will give me that message 2 or 3 times in a row. After I have checked and double checked I find that if I just delete the last character and put it in again, it will accept it. Secondly, I am getting a lot of "I am not a robot(s)". I have gotten as many as 11 images to tick off at one go. Then sometimes it will send me back to "I entered the wrong password"...even tho, I assure you, I did not...and then we start all over. It is taking an excessively long time to sign in. I would appreciate it if someone would look into this issue.
I just check the "Keep Me Signed In" box, since I am on there most of the day anyway.
For a year now, I've been getting the red ''uh oh something went wrong, try again'' bar every time I log in. I just hover over the refresh icon, wait for the red bar to show up and click. Every. single. time.
As a matter of fact, it started one year ago sometime this week. I would appreciate seeing something like ''Whooo hooo It's your Anniversary!'' on my dashboard. Even a small Huzzah! would be fine.
Don't know if it's been a year yet for me, but too long. Happy anniversary!! Thanks for the laugh.
Edited to add I also hover over the refresh button.
Oh I think we should all get together and have a virtual celebration. It's been more than a year for me.
Maybe it is time to change the password. You may have entered the password incorrectly when you first started and didn't realize it.
If you are cleaning out cache and cookies each time you sign off then you will get recaptcha.
I'm not an advocate of staying on all the time unless one is working on Etsy as it provides a way for hackers to take notice of an active account. When not using a computer, it is best to close.
