What is Etsy storing on my mobile?

I have an Android phone and noticed that the Sell on Etsy app has over 4GB of data stored on my mobile internal storage. 

Can I delete this data without affecting my Etsy shop or my personal (ie as a customer myself) Etsy purchase history, please?

(I am starting to use the new blue Etsy Seller app but presume this will do the same)

yes, it's cached data. so it doesn't have to download it all again when you open the app.

Thank you - I'm still a bit confused as the 4GB is showing under Data and the Cache is 0 as I emptied that
