I got this message on my dashboard today:
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
What document do I need to upload? There is no other information, nothing in my email inbox or spam. Help!

Same thing just happened to my shop...
Almost put me in tears as there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS! I will be losing money like so many others and probably customers!
How many people does it take for a Class Action lawsuit? Has ETSY BEEN HACKED? Is it AI?
All my info is current and legit.
My shop message they put up is a lie to my customers! The message I received is---

I was able to update/add to the Vacation Mode message it now reads---
Hello and thanks for visiting! I’m working on fulfilling my current orders right now, but will be back soon. THIS IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE-- I AM OPEN FOR NEW ORDERS! PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER.
