My shop has been stuck in vacation mode although my information has been verified. Today is the two week mark. TWO WEEKS! Come on ETSY.
I have been with this company since 2011 and never have I had such terrible customer service.
I have contacted customer service no less than 6 times with only a generic response on how to verify my information. If they would only read what was written in the email, they would have known that my information had been verified.
I do not know what else to do and frankly I have considered moving platforms. I know others are in the same situation so I thought I would make one last effort for help.
