Verifying seller info and stuck in Holiday Mode - uploading Government issued ID

I got the notification yesterday to verify my seller info, I recently got married in September and changed my name. So when I came to verify, I realised I had to change my name; I did this and uploaded relevant documents. It then asked my to upload government issued ID which I have done, but they placed my shop in Holiday Mode. I can not get through to etsy to try and resolve this quicker. It is costing me money every hour my shop is closed. 

I have over 4250 sales and over 1100 5 star reviews.
