Shop set up

Please help! 
what do I do? 
I opened a shop 2 weeks ago, it verified my ID, but business document verification is still pending (I submitted companies formation certificate) and the shop is in forced vacation mode. 
It says 2-5 business days, and we’re on week 2 now. I sent multiple requests for help, but no luck. 

what can be done at this point?
