Verified within minutes of them putting me on vaca mode.
Every time I post on here they say issue resolved. Not true.
No money, no sales, etsy no cares.

Hey Cheeky, did you have to re-upload ID?
I did within 5 minutes of them putting me on vaca mode. Going on 7 days without them verifying.
No, it uploaded, if I do again, afraid it will be seven more days.
It sounds like Etsy is doing the re-verification for the INFORM Act. But they're going about it the wrong way. Instead of shutting a Shop down after the 10 day period which they have to comply, they are doing it immediately upon giving Sellers the notice re: Verification. And many Sellers have been shut down for 2 weeks or much longer. Sensitive, private information has been downloaded; Etsy needs to have 24 Hr. HUMAN Phone Support for things like this. Others have said most likely they do not have the manpower for this, but that shouldn't fall back on the Seller, in my opinion. Other sites surely need to do the same Verification, but Ebay for example, has Human Phone Support. I hope you hear back soon.
Why is Etsy putting shops into vacation mode at the same time they request the verification?
According to their own documented procedures, in this article:
https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/14553858116759-Etsy-Asked-Me-to-Confirm-My-Seller-Info?segme...
A shop may be put into vacation mode if they have not met the deadline for confirming their seller info.
Etsy is notifying some sellers that they must provide and confirm additional info about their business in their Shop Manager.
If this applies to you, we’ll email you from mail@etsy.com and post alerts in your Shop Manager Dashboard.
If notified, you’ll be given a deadline to provide and confirm your seller info. The deadline is a legal mandate that depends on what laws apply to your shop.
If you don’t confirm your seller info by the deadline emailed to you and displayed in your Shop Manager Dashboard, you won’t be able to receive funds from your sales and Etsy may need to place your shop on pause via Etsy-initiated vacation mode. You won’t be able to exit vacation mode until you take the required actions.
Bass end ackwards.

How are they managing to get away with giving no warning and a deadline? How are they getting away with not even conforming to their own documented procedures? Is it legal?
I verified with passport seven days ago.
Seriously, another link with no help.
Hi, I'm having this issue as well. Been in forced vacation since last week and I've been selling on Etsy for years...reaching out to support has offered no help or response and I'm beyond frustrated.
