I see that our Message Response Rate is calculated incorrectly. When I download our message list, we see that only 1 message was not answered within 24 hours. (We think there is something wrong even in this because we have a sensitivity that responds to all our messages within the rules.) Although our score increased after the late reply message in question, it was reduced again. We kindly request that this inconsistency in the calculations be resolved and that the score we deserve is calculated and reflected to us in the light of this information.

to get 95% message response rate, you need 20 messages, and only 1 missed.
the "last review" period, is what the current badges on the shop front were calculated on, and were from Nov/Dec/Jan
the "current review period" is what you are working towards, for 1st March, so all of Novembers will have gone from the count , which would have lowered it
