Shop on forced vacation mode since September due to ID glitch

Since September of last year (2023), my shop Third Age Market has been placed on vacation mode due to a glitch in the personal ID verification process. We’ve been operating our LLC since 2020, and have never had any issues up until this. I’ve tried resubmitting my ID 4 times with the same result each time. We’ve contacted seller support every way we know how, having 2 phone calls, 5 email chains, and 5 live chats. One or two support members recognized that the issue was on their end, and that they were sending this problem to the proper authorities to handle. Radio silence and no changes after that, besides an email asking if we were satisfied with the support given. 

What stands out to me is that on the ID upload page, it has my business address listed as my personal address, and the LLC name. I’ve verified multiple times that all information is entered correctly on our end, and even attempted resubmitting our LLC information. No sure where to go from here besides away from Etsy, as they just simply aren’t helping us. We’ve missed out on an estimated $10k in revenue already, and this pause has pretty much completely halted any growth possibilities. Has anyone else experienced this issue for this long? I’ve seen other threads of people talking about the same problem, and the only option is to go to Etsy support, but after 12 attempts we aren’t very confident that will work.
