I enrolled in Etsy’s payment method, but my shop was automatically put into vacation mode. I contacted the Payoneer team, and they confirmed that my Etsy account has been successfully verified and linked. They suggested that I contact Etsy support to unlink my Payoneer account, so I can relink it if there’s any issue.
However, when I reached out to Etsy support, I haven’t received any response. I’ve been working on Etsy for 4-5 years and have never faced an issue like this before.
It has now been 25 days, and I’ve still not received any response from Etsy support. My support ticket ID is #19004350.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
