Shop notification red number

I had the red number 2 showing at my shop icon yesterday but no new happenings in my shop, no new messages no orders, nothing. Then this morning the number has changed to 3 and again nothing new happening. I've tried clearing browser cache and signed in again but the red number 3 is still there. Is there a bug going on?

Is it a notification to leave a feedback review? My buying account has a '3' which correlates to the number of feedback from my 3 purchases last week. If yours is going up it might be the period after a purchase when Etsy considers it feedback time.

Contacted Etsy Support via Live Chat, very fast response, asked me to try signing in using a different browser to see if the red number was on there. It wasn't and when I came back to check on the original browser, the red number has also disappeared. Problem solved now. Impressed by the live chat instant response.

The red number is back showing up again, arrrgh...

This time I tried signing in on a different browser, the red number is on there too = (  This means this bug error is on Etsy's system, not our browser problem..

Juste un autre bug à ajouter  à la longue liste. Je n'essaye même plus de réparer quoique ce soit. Juste attendre...
