Hi all
Thanks for your help!!
They seemed to have removed the "did you mean the shop" from the search
You could add your shop name as one of your tags to the listings, then your shop will come up when you search that name

Ohh, thank you! That's too bad they removed that. I will try adding tags to all my listings as a workaround. Steals a tag though, boo!
That's true but it is better than not having your name viewable in the search for those who have your name
@CryzalisDesigns actually what happesn when the shop name is used as a tag is the listings are shown and the searcher is not taken to the shop home page. That has been my experience.
@BrennaArtStudio After they search, the searcher has to click on the small line that says 'Did you mean XXXX'.
@ArtDollsbyJD very true, but then you can go directly into the shop.
I had it with some of my German customers having problems with the search, they now only have to put in Cryzalis
I just realized the same with my shop. I searched another shop (Zaaina) whose name popped up, visited their site and discovered that they list their name in the product description section. I think it's crazy that you cannot just find a shop by name. I guess I have to go revamp my tags and descriptions.
agreed completely!
I'm having this same problem. I can't even find my own shop when I search for it! How is anyone else going to find it if it never comes up in the search.
@BrennaArtStudio I have nothing to add to the question you asked, but I wanted to say I love your artwork! I love seeing true artists who use things like paints and brushes and not computers.
If you tap the magnifying glass to the left of the search bar, you get a triangle/square/circle icon. Tap it…it asks what you’re searching for.
Buried…but I’m only the messenger…..
