Shop in Vacation Mode for Extended Time – What Can Be Done?

Hello everyone,

My shop has been placed in Vacation Mode with the message:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

It has now been much longer than 48 hours, and I have already contacted Etsy support twice through chat. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same response with no progress, and my shop remains in Vacation Mode.

I always ship orders on time, respond to customers quickly, and follow Etsy’s policies. There are no pending tasks in my Shop Manager, and I haven’t received any emails requesting additional information.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the verification process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Same happened to me ...I reached everywhere but no reaspons

The 48hrs is a standard automated message, it can take longer as when the automated verification does not verify, a human needs to take a look at it.

I will try sending an email via the help section and just keep replying with "I still need help" until you get a reply from a real person, or alternatively try messaging Etsy via their x page

Same here it’s almost 2 weeks and I don’t have any response from Etsy.
