Shop deindexed?

I believe my shop has been deindexed. I can’t find my items anywhere in my normal searches and search bar does not send to Weddingsbyleann when it’s typed in search. Who can I contact to fix this? My sales mhave plummeted yesterday and today!

Your shop is not deindexed - I can see your items when I search within your shop.

You may not appear near the top of big searches, but that would be a change of algorithms or competition, not deindexing. 

Edited to add - I noticed some mockups in your shop, but you don't list a production partner. If you make your own items, the first image must be a real photo of an actual item, since July 9. https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/listing-image-requirements/253962679005?ref=list This could be hurting your visibility.

@WeddingsByLeann  see you on page 1 of personalized tumbler - once as an ad (I think) and once organically. You are indexed and searchable. 

But we all see different things - Etsy could be frequency capping you for your own account and device, or you could be looking at tests, etc. 

Note also that Etsy is diversifying the search page, trying not to show  a bunch of listings that look similar. If you are using the same tumblers, colours and fonts as some others, that may hurt you in some searches.

I just checked and your store is indexed. How you check is by doing a search using your keywords/tags in your shops search bar.

@WeddingsByLeann: "I am not showing up ANYWHERE I normally do" Keep in mind that if everyone on this forum searched for the exact same phrase they would all get different results. Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results - particularly your own - to define how your listing is ranked. There are many many factors that affect listing placement and the relative weight of each factor probably changes constantly. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear on page 1. Your listing may be appearing on page 251 and Etsy is only showing the first 250 pages to the world.

This is probably even more true since the October 1st changes.

Etsy is proud of the fact that they provide search results which they think you will actually purchase regardless of what you actually searched for.

Your shop is indexed. There's nothing to fix.

You can do a search within your shop for any word/words in your title and get results.
I did a search for water within your shop and got 541 results.

If you were de-indexed you'd get "zero" results. 

@WeddingsByLeann I did a search for vet tumbler, vet tech and you're on the first page, 1st row below the ads.

Not everyone will see the same results in search. Just because you're not seeing items doesn't mean no one is seeing your items.

Thanks all, im not seeing myself but if others are that’s what matters. I haven’t had a favorite in 7 hours and my visits is 140 which is extremely rare from my normal 900 views

@WeddingsByLeann -- If you can find your items while doing a search in your shop (buyer's view), then you are indexed.  I found 36 items for "beach cup" in your shop.  Give it a try & see ...
