A couple weeks ago Etsy put my shop on vacation mode. And this was soon after I had an overdue shipping of one order. I have only ever had one order from my shop and I didn't get the printing shipping label printed because I couldn't figure out how and soon it was passed the required shipping date for the product. Then it was overdue. I got the shipping label printed recently and product shipped out to the customer. And my shop is still in vacation mode and I can't turn it off in the app, it won't let me and I don't know why? Could you guys help me gain some clarity?

"Let buyers know your shop is taking a break Vacation mode lets you put your shop on pause for as long as you need. You won't receive orders, and listings won't appear in search results. If you've set any listings to auto-renew, they will still renew while your shop is on pause.
We put your shop on pause
To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we've temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode."

This is very frustrating considering I'm a new shop owner and only had one order so far.
After getting the order shipped and shipping label printed and account fees paid and cleared up, there shouldn't be any more issues. So I should be able to turn off vacation mode but I can't turn it off in the app.
Also I've checked the Etsy help center and read through their Q&A responses for resolving this issue but I've already fixed everything and my shop is not off vacation mode yet. And I can't turn it off manually in the app, so I'm going to this community board for help.
ALSO, does ETSY have an email to contact about this issue, because myself and others haven't found one?
Thank you guys.
@ZackFordCreations: Is the actual order marked as complete with the correct shipping company and tracking number? And looking at the actual order does it show that the package is at least "in transit"?
First order shipping late probably triggered the vacation mode. If Etsy put you in vacation mode, only they can turn it off.
Etsy does NOT have a published phone number of eMail address for customer service. You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us. Use the closest category or look for I Still Need Help. You should be able to submit a ticket that way.
Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved. Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

Check your email. Etsy most likely asked you to verify your bank account or provide your ID.

This also happened to me today. I didn't receive an email, and I don't have any late orders because I sell digital products, so delivery is instant. I can't find a direct email for etsy seller support. Is there one?
You can email support from your dashboard
This has happened to me also! WTF! Really what!
After 12 years with etsy I am getting so hacked off with all their s###.
Very annoying as I just uploaded a good amount of product for Q4 which just started to move. I just emailed support, so we'll see.
It has been more than a month same happened with me..
any solutions please?

This thread is from 2023, and their problems were resolved a long time ago - you will be better off opening a new thread
