Shop Still Suspended After Problem Fixed

My shop was frozen last Monday due to unverified tax information. I contacted and talked to Etsy support and they referred my problem. I received emails asking to send the correct information, and on Wednesday I received an email from Etsy Trust and Safety saying the problem was fixed and that the shop should be up and running, but it isn’t. I’ve talked to Etsy Support Thursday and Friday and they have tried to be as helpful as they can be, which I really appreciate but the shop is still frozen. All my tax is information is correct. Does anyone know how it’ll taken Etsy to reinstate my shop? Thank you!

Hi!

Thank you so much for taking the time to check! I thought I was still suspended because on my dashboard, I still have the message asking to provide tax id information (which I have and I can see the changes on the legal page).  Per the Etsy help desk officer, I have gone to the tax and legal page, verified all is correct and hit submit to Etsy, but nothing happens.  

Last Thursday, I noticed that all my active listings had disappeared. I assumed it was because of the suspension and once that was cleared, my listings would re-appear, but thanks to you, I have realized I can add new listings (although I can't accept payment).  Now, does it mean I lost all my listings and I need to redo them? This is all so very confusing.  Again, thank you so much for taking the time to reply!

I see your shop but there aren't any listings showing. Are you referring to the listings being removed by Etsy?

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.  Yes, I had thought that the listings weren't showing because of the suspension, but I just realized I can add new listings (although apparently I can't accept payments even though I have reviewed and resubmitted that tax id information to Etsy).  

I'm not sure what to do about the payment situation.  The Etsy Helpdesk officer referred my problem to a specialist, but nothing has happened.  

Regarding the listings, does it mean I have lost all my listings and have to recreate them?

My shop is finally up.  I had to edit my taxpayer info. 

Click Edit, Select Non Legal Name; type the name matching your driver license then, I select Tax ID, and used SS#. 

**Before I had my middle initial. 

This worked for me, it took 24 to 48 hrs.

My shop is finally up.  I hope this helps.   I had to edit my taxpayer info. 

Click Edit, Select Non Legal Name; type the name matching your driver license then, I select Tax ID, and used SS#.   (**Before I had my middle initial. )

Then I had to upload another copy of my DL, then click submit. 

This worked for me, it took 24 to 48 hrs.
