Because fortunately people can buy, but realistically you definitely have traffic on your profile, it's just a technical error that doesn't count them.
Unfortunately, I’ve gotten used to seeing zeros, so it doesn’t occur to me that there’s a glitch. This is the second time in the last three days this has happened. I read in another thread that Etsy changed something on the listing form overnight…when they change one thing another goes wonky. Typical.
Yes this is the 2nd time this week there have been 0 visits and 0 views in my shop stats. It’s a little concerning and hopefully just a glitch that doesn’t actually affect our sales.
It is happening far too often, twice in a week and now it has been 12 hours, nothing yet! Also none of the pages to contact support works, unable to reach support when necessary, as always! If Etsy wants their Sellers to stay with them, they have to do something about quick!
Cannot find the link to e-mail, or Chat, or anything at all! Nevermind a phone number to reach them, it's all a secret! Why?
