Forced Vacation mode and no contact

I will try this and see what happens. If anyone can help me sort this out PLEASE do!

21 days ago on March 5th, my shop was placed in vacation mode saying " it is to help manage current orders or to verify information" and that they will reach out within 48 hours if more info is needed or for further instructions. All my information has been verified for nearly a year now and I have all my orders complete. Some of the delivery status is incorrect because Pitney Bowes has zero updates but I have messages from the buyers saying the order was delivered.

I have sent 2 contact requests with zero replies through the help support requests. 20 days ago and 14 days ago

I have sent an appeal request 6 days ago.

And just today I sent another Support request concerning the incorrect delivery status.

I have no idea what further to do to get my shop back up and I am getting very frustrated by the lack of communication.
