Shop Stats not updating.

Same as earlier in week again, my stats last updated 8 hours ago, anyone else or just me? Am in the UK.

I know a lot is going on here on the platform, but this is the second time in as many weeks. We really deserve to know what is causing this. FWIW: I know I'm still getting traffic, as there are people favoriting listings in my shop today. There has to be an explanation. Updating code? Testing code? Information would help quiet things in the ranks, Etsy.

There are numerous threads on the subject. Unlikely to get any response from Etsy other than "we're working on it" if even that. Another day...another glitch. smh

Wonder if its connected to sales? I have not had a sale in 7 days, I thought I was getting back into the groove as I started to have sales again in my vintage store. Now a abrupt stop. And with no stats I cant do any research to find out why.

I have, and I know others have, so I don't think it's something that affects shoppers. It would be nice to know why it's happening, though. It would calm people a bit.

I got a notification on my phone today about another new Etsy update -- I don't even know what it is because I ignore all notifications that aren't sales or inquiries, but these glitches always coincide with an update or announcement.

It's the second time this week! I have 0 visits 0 views but a couple of sales this morning.

@FableJournal - Same here, got a sale but still 0 across the board in stats.

This happened Friday, now again today. I had sales, but no views or visits! At least on Friday someone finally came onboard and acknowledged there was a problem. It was fixed soon after. Today... crickets.

Soooooooooooooooooo sick of "glitches".

A site this big should not have this many constant problems....others don't.

And just blowing things off as another glitch is not a good thing.

They have posted a banner about the issue.  They are working on it would be my guess.  This happens from time to time.

If you need immediate stats use Google analytics.

Google analytics seems to be having the same issue.

That could be why Etsy is having issues.

Etsy runs on Google cloud and I assume is tightly integrated with various Google services, so a Google Analytics outage seems like it might be the cause of this problem

At the bottom of today's promotional email they announced a 60% off with the app! sale.

It always seems that any promotion Etsy runs HAS a significant negative affect to the function (or multiple functions) of the website.

I am getting a big orange banner on the top of the screen saying Stats not available for the last 4 hours. Stats are ONE view on todays stats.

Interesting.  My views and visits are both 0 for today, yet I’ve had 2 sales - one in the last hour. How can that be?
