Shop Manger STILL showing Notications when none are there

I started a thread a few days ago when I had 3 False Shop Notifications and I was given advice that they clear out within a few days, well now I am up to 4 False Notifications. Does anyone know how I can get this Glitch Resolved? I went into Etsy Support however there is no option for Technical Issues. I really feel like I am on my own.

Sometimes it's just messages they want you to read on your dashboard page. Or if it is on the globe icon it's because you bought something and they want you to leave a review, whether you want to or not.

unfortunately it is neither of these.

I have no messages and no purchases.

I take it you've signed out and signed back in again?

That usually works for me.

But like others have said, they usually clear themselves after a few days.

I also go into my email spam folder, just to make sure I've not missed anything.
