I've been a Star Seller month after month consistently since the program came out (except for one month). However, I just noticed my progress shows 97% on time shipping and was taken aback. So I downloaded the order history spreadsheet, located the 5 orders that are missing tracking information to find they're all from 02/27 - 02/28. I then clicked on each of their order links and found the tracking numbers tied to the order. I clicked on each of them and was redirected to USPS's website with the tracking information with active tracking updates. In fact, one of them was already delivered.
I should be at 100% on time tracking but because of whatever glitch is going on with that, I'm now at 97%. All my hard work and effort to be at 100% is now impacted by some glitch. How do I get this corrected on the Etsy side?
Thanks in advance,
Johnny
@Dads3DCreations: Unfortunately we are at the mercy of when, if, and how often AfterShip (Etsy's third party tracking vendor) updates the underlying data. Perhaps one of the Etsy mods who has been able to get the tracking checked will see this post. While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able to get the underlying data corrected in some cases and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
Etsy techs need to know about their flawed system. Contact them, give them all the details, include screen shots showing missing tracking & delivered details. Include links to those same as back up. Make it super easy for them to see their flaws. And keep replying to the email until you read an apology from them and how they have corrected it.
good luck.
