Customer messaging in 2 ways

My message return alowing them to send me satin 2 ways even though you answered in one the other goes as me not answering in time. And my rating dropped to 93

You must reply to all messages or mark as spam.

Yes, if they message you using the 'i need help' thing, it counts as a totally new message and must also be replied to.

All new messages must be answered, duplicate messages, seller messages thanking you for buying, etc. Answer or mark as spam.

Set up an auto reply message, it helps avoid all of this.

@KraftCornerDesignz: You must always respond to the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD for Star Seller. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate, blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.

 

If the unanswered message is not a Help Request, at least for the time being it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period. Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
