I can no longer find shop locations on listings when clicking on items to purchase.
I swear, it’s like Etsy is trying to sabotage itself. Why? Who knows. But I can’t think of any changes (as of late) that have actually been beneficial.
I see the shop location if the seller added it but where they ship from. It makes no sense.
It's a test. I can still see the 'ships from'.
Maybe Etsy saw that enough buyers weren't leaving the search in frustration so, if they finally find what they are looking for, Etsy hides where it ships from in hopes that that will drive them away?.
@TagTeams Yesterday I did not see Location on some Shops, when clicking the Listing as you stated. It makes no sense to suddenly delete this information.
Just checked yours and I do see Location today. This is what I see towards the bottom (first Listing):
- Returns Accepted; Return Window 7 days
- Etsy Purchase Protection
- Deliver to United States (my zip code)
- Ships from Payette ID
- View Shop Policies

Thank you for checking. Now, I’m seeing them again too. I hope Etsy doesn’t do away with location info because I like to know where my purchases are coming from (especially when needed by a deadline) closer is better.
I don't see 'ships from' in all shops and not all shops list their location which makes it double frustrating. I definitely would like to know where I'm purchasing from. The shops that show 'ships from', it would be nice if it was more visible, in the place where Etsy has "Etsy offsets carbon emissions for all orders". I mean that part could be wayyyy at the bottom. Shop info is much more important than that little blurb
