I normally do all my work from Chrome and recently (over a week ago) rearranged my shop items, and when I visit my shop on Firefox my listings are not laid out the way I see them in Chrome.

The arrangement of listings on your shop home page can be changed by the viewer using the 'Sort' menu. It could be that whilst you have your listing order set to 'custom' - perhaps it defaults to 'recent' on the other browser.

Re: Shop Layout Not The Same On Different Browsers
What's the point in being able to rearrange our items if they're going to be randomly displayed depending on what browser customers are using? I arrange my shop every few months to place seasonal items at the top in case some people don't bother looking beyond the first page of my shop.

Re: Shop Layout Not The Same On Different Browsers
Yes you're right. It was set to "Relevance". I had no idea there was a "Custom" option, which shows my layout. Thank you.
