I am trying to complete a Shipsurance claim for a broken platter. My problem is one needed item, a copy of the sales receipt. How can I do a copy of the receipt that can be uploaded to Shipsurance. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Shipsurance Claim Help
Go into the order and click on more actions, select print, and check off the sales receipt. Save it as a .pdf and forward to Shipsurance.

Re: Shipsurance Claim Help
How did you file the claim. I am not even seeing the option to file the claim.
