Pop up in the way

Has anyone had the issue of the menu on the left side of the page popping up and covering everything up to where you can’t click on what you need?  For instance closing a shop or tracking an order.  Customer support was no help on this issue.

@AmyGieske   That happens to me when I hit edit on my front page.  Go right to the top of the menu and hit the two arrows.  The menu should disappear.  It's really annoying.  I'm on a PC.

yeah, pop-ups annoy me all the time ... there is usually a magic but subtle thingy somewhere on the pop-up to close or minimize it. There are times that the pop-ups encouraging me to do something have the opposite effect because I just move on to something else that is less annoying.

I'm having issues with Shop Manager too. Settings - About your Shop and Info & Appearance sections get blocked by Shop Manager menu (on the left side) and can't be accessed. All other sections are fine, just these two. I'm on mobile browser (Chrome).

Update: my problem is fixed.

Go to top right to the 3 dots, click on it, choose "desktop site".

Can you clarify it a bit?  What 3 dots?  And where?  Are you talking about it from the app point of view?

I just realized something.  I have iPhone, I'm assuming you have Android?

The 3 white dots up at the top, right above the shopping cart icon. I am not in the app and I am using an Android tablet.

If y'all are using your phone to track your packages but can't see because the shop manager menu is blocking it, you're not alone.  I just posted that a few days ago.  Seems like Etsy is having this issue!  And yes everything is updated, even uninstall and reinstall the app to no avail.  Although on computer, there isn't any issues, just the mobile that is the issue.

Not sure if it's the same but my dashboard has just messed up, no longer have desktop site on Android, now have to click the 3 little horizontal lines to the left of Shop Manager to bring up the menu, doing this greys out the dashboard plus making everything really hard to navigate. Cleared history, cookies, etc no difference, same in another browser.

@ArtDollsbyJD This is using a browser on a 12 inch tablet, I don't use the app as it's useless on bigger screens, but now so is viewing in a browser.
