Hello,
i had a customer decide that she did not want the items she had purchased before they were shipped so I gave her a refund.
the only way I could clear the two items out of my waiting to be shipped orderers was to show them shipped. I couldn’t input tracking information as there wasn’t any so now the star sellers stats show two orders shipped without tracking?
What should I do now to correct this problem and how should I deal with this situation in the future?

You should fully refund then cancel. If you already refunded, go back and cancel now.
