Star Seller response rate does not count last few days of May

Hi!

Do you guys have any idea why the CSV created from last review period of star seller does not include 30th and 31st of may? Last thread included in previous 3 month period is from 29th of may (and we had next conversations on following days, those are listed in "current review period".
For our account it would make a huge difference as we were 1% away from getting speedy reply badge what would give us star seller...

It has to do with the 24-hour period for responding, as well as time zone differences. Until sufficient time has passed, there’s no way to tell whether you meet the deadline. As a result, the messages during the final day or 2 get counted in the next month’s stats.
