I noticed last night my star seller target for this month says my shipping rating is way down. All of my orders have shipped in time. I have had a handful of orders that were either local and I may have marked pick up late and a couple that were stuck in transit (or lost) that I canceled and made new labels to remake product and it seems that’s counting against me. Though with the number of times that has happened vs orders shipped that doesn’t really seem to fit the whole picture and there has to be something else going on. Who do I contact to have this fixed.
Hand delivered orders count against you. It HAS to have tracking. If you refund an order but don't cancel it counts against you. Check you CSV file for shipping. It will say which ones didn't have tracking. Unfortunately they won't fix anything. I had one once that said no tracking on the CSV that had the tracking number shown on the order, that it was delivered and a 5 star review. It was auto uploaded tracking and it was THERE. Etsy wouldn't fix it even though it was their error. I had to wait 3 months for it to drop off. They say right in their SS info that they do not adjust SS data and they really mean it. They don't want to mess with it and if it is an error..well tough luck.
