Shipping not updating

When I buy a shipping label and drop off the package it’s not tracking the information on Etsy, it’s tracking on UPS but it’s not updating on the Etsy account . When someone package gets delivered it keeps saying it’s in transit once it’s been delivered.

The same has been going on for my orders since March 28th. Currently I have 19 orders that have been updated. Some don't only show Pre-Transit. It is an ongoing glitch that hasn't been fixed as of yet. Just keep checking the actual UPS tracking on the UPS website for up-to-date tracking.

Yes, just like others, my delivered orders are still showing as "in transit." It seems the technical issue has not been resolved yet.

I'm concerned whether this will affect our seller ratings on Etsy. I now have to manually check every single order and request corrections through the Help Center, which is very time-consuming.

Additionally, the shipping and delivery dates shown on the orders do not match my set shipping profiles. This issue is still ongoing as well.

Looking forward to a fix soon.

mine as well,  ones I shipped yesterday say pre-transit, and everything since March 26 show in transit- although they are delivered UPS.
