Ads not showing searches that lead to this ad

For a few days now all my advertised listings are showing 0 for 'searches that lead to this ad' 
When there are plenty showing up in Google Analytics. 
I need this data to make informed decisions about my adverts and it is so clunky to find in GA

I have had this too, along with not getting star seller despite having 2 badges (I sell digital so do not need 3 to get star seller) and no one is available on live chat - Etsy seems full of bugs at moment and no one seems to know who to get help from

I am having the same issue for over a week now, unfortunately I don't have any aswer to how to fix th issue, I have tried clear cache and cookies, reboot computer, open in incognito window, nothing worked, when I log in on another computer it does work, so I don't know what they did, but it is so annoying as I also need that data to turn off keywords.
Etsy support didn't reply with an answer to this issue.
Let me know if something works for you.

Just so you know, turning off keywords is meaningless as Etsy AI would still use them. It's just a suggestion. The AD system on this platform is meant to favor Etsy.

It happens every month. The keywords disappear for the first half of the month.

It is one of the many undocumented Etsy software features.

I am also having this problem. Prior to the number showing as zero I was editing my search terms daily to try to have some control over where my products were being shown on Etsy. No help given from Etsy support whatsoever. I don’t want to turn ads off but I also don’t want to spend money with no sight of where my products are being shown. Any updates or suggestions from anyone would be gratefully received!

Still not much on my end, I have been advised to clear cache and cookies, to try from a different browser ( didn't work for me ) 

And to try from another device ( my phone on Etsy app is having the same issue ) 
But actually by trying from a different computer I can see the search terms.
Which is annoying as it means it is coming from my computer, but still don't know what is causing it.
Maybe an extension ? but I deactivated most of them
I am also looking for some more trouble shooting, so any advice is welcome

And hopefully my message will help some of you if not me.
