Shipping labels cannot be purchased for your selected order - This order is under review

Hi all, 

I have an order going to Morocco and I cant seem to select the order to ship it. I am getting this message: 

Shipping labels cannot be purchased for your selected order - This order is under review

I've shipped close to 10,000 orders (thank you Etsy) and have never seen this before... Wondering if anyone know how long it might take for this to get sorted and then I would either ship or send refund. They already paid me additional funds via PayPal for shipping too....

I had a similar issue recently - turns out I didn't have a shipping option that matched the order. In my case it was because I had accidently changed a shipping profile (trying to solve a different issue) and inadvertently removed a shipping option that was used for most orders. I'd double check the profile.

In can see you do have "Morocco" as a Shipping Destination. You are charging AUD 15.00 Shipping to Morocco for the Listing I looked at. Why did the Buyer pay you extra "additional funds via PayPal for shipping too."?

They wanted to upgrade to UPS

@Rythmatix  You can’t purchase UPS labels on Etsy.

I am shipping it thru goshippo to use UPS

The order is under review for a reason and Etsy does not want you to ship it.

There could be many many many reasons... maybe it appears to be suspicious.
