Shipping labels- Failed to Purchase

Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase".  I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.

Thank freakin'... BC here.. just started working - this is so incredibly not-right.  CPC already charges a fortune, even with the 'small business discount' - then Etsy decides it's totally "whatever' to allow a fundamental feature to screw over the sellers (and it looks like mostly Canadians) over a LONG WEEKEND?  Meaning.. a time when many of us make our sales?  What is this nonsense?  Then we're forced to complain to the only front-liners available... whom they likely also completely ignore.  I NEVER recommend Etsy for people who want to start selling their own stuff.

However, they have not fixed the customs calculation error- items prices are still being multiplied by the number of items twice.

For those of you who had to print elsewhere and pay more, open a Support ticket and tell Etsy they need to reimburse you, as was hinted at by some Support replies in the past 48 hours:

I can only purchase 1 label at a time for those that are 1 order per customer

but for one Customers Order I have 6 Shipping labels and I keep getting the Failed to Purchase Error Message

There is is no way to purchase them all separately in Etsy you have to buy them all at once.

Is anyone else getting this error message here in the USA when trying to purchase multiple labels?

9/3/24 1:45 pm Florida, USA-Got a Call Back from Etsy Tech Support and they are still having an ongoing issue here in the USA with the purchase of multiple labels. They did say if I go outside of Etsy to get labels to save the receipts to be reimbursed the difference. Already notified customer and they don't mind if orders are late - so I'm going to give it 1 more day hoping they get this fixed.

I was just able to purchase a shipping label with FedEx however UPS, I was not able. After several attempts, it gave me "label failed to purchase" message for UPS .

Florida USA Wed. 9/4/24 9:09 am Still cannot purchase multiple labels for USPS. Wish I could buy one at a time for this order but when 1 customer orders many items that each require a label - you have to buy all the labels at the same time. It would make more sense if I could buy each label one at a time on this platform.
