Shipping labels- Failed to Purchase

Hello, is anyone having trouble with printing shipping labels? I keep getting the pop up box, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase".  I've cleared my cache. I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Not sure what else it could be.

Any help would amazing!

Oh no, I'm not alone! I just noticed that you are in Montreal. I'm in Canada as well. I wonder if its a local thing?

I'm in Canada as well and having the same issue - hopefully it's just because it's the holiday and we'll be ok tomorrow

They may be tinkering with the labels.  There’s been a major issue with the $ value on the CN22…it’s calculating the total order x the number of items…so instead of 4 items at 25$ each = $100, it’s showing as 4 @ $100 = $400 on the CN22.   As far as I’ve seen it hasn’t been resolved, so that could be it.

This here! I had the same issue, had to get Etsy to call me regarding the customs issue with multiple items from 1 buyer.

They are still working on resolving this issue. In the mean time the only solution is to purchase from Canada post itself but this may affect your shipping discount you may have with Etsy's label price.

I noticed purchasing from Etsy the shipping label is slightly lower than what i do manually on Canada Post. Keep an eye out on that.

I'm having an issue purchasing Canada post labels thru Etsy. It said 'failed to purchase' for orders going to US, but works for international. I need to print 50+ labels so it'd be a hassle inputting it one by one on Canada post website. Hope someone can help me look into this. Thanks!

we seem to have a variety of technical issues here in Canada this holiday Monday. In addition to the inability to purchase shipping labels, we are also unable to update the status of new orders to "in progress" and have been unsuccessful in reaching a live agent through online support to assist.
