I doubt this is actually a technical issue. It’s probably something that someone at Etsy thought would be a good idea but in reality, it’s a really BAD idea!
I was just browsing through some listings on the buyer app, which I use all the time to shop. None of the listings I looked had any shipping information. I had to put the item in my cart and navigate to the last page of checkout to find out how much shipping is! WTH? The app needing an update is not the issue because my iPhone is set to update apps automatically.
I checked the same listings on the Chrome app and the shipping info is there.
