Can someone please help me with a price issue? I have initial charms on my shop for $1.00 each. I have them on sale for 75% off which is .25 each. When a customer puts more than one in their cart the price is .60 each. Does anyone know why this happening. Thank you!
@HartfeltGiftShop I see your letter charms as 50% off. When I put 2 charms in my cart, the price was reduced by 50% (original price $2.00, discounted price $1.00) When I added more charms, to a total of six, the discount for all six charms changed to 40%. I can't explain. Do you have several different discounts in your shop? Perhaps, one on the charms and a different one for a purchase of multiple items?
I just came to ask a similar question! I have items on sale for 25% and some on sale for 50%. The ones that should be 50% (showing as $5 in my shop) are showing as $7.50 in their carts. Ugh.
I see 50% off on the initial charm listings, not 75%. When I put 2 in my cart they were 50¢ each.
I just put a 25% off item and a 50% off item in my cart and the prices were correct in the cart.
I wonder if Etsy is glitching since you both posted about the issue at the same time.

Thanks for testing that for us!
I figured out my issue/glitch.
I had the Etsy sale 25% off everything in my shop and I also had a simultaneous sale on a few items for 50% off and the customers cart kept defaulting to the 25% off sale.
Thankfully my customer alerted me to this! I corrected it by ending the 25% shop wide sale early and simply set up a new sale for 25% off the items not 50% off, whew! What a mess!
