Shipping times still not updating, I hit the “save changes” and nothing happens. The old version was so easy to use, why change something that works to something that doesn’t. So frustrating. Anyone else having this problem?
We’re aware of this situation and our teams have identified that the launch of Processing Profiles on May 21 caused an issue that resulted in processing time details being removed for a small percentage of listings. Yes, same. I have 2 pages of orders, and some of them have no estimated ship-by date. Upon further inspection, the processing time on some of my listings was changed to 1-2 days. I didn't do that. I have a 3 to 5-day processing time on all items, but Etsy is changing my most popular items to their "recommended" 1-2 day processing time. I am furious they would do this, and I can't find a way to delete the junk processing profiles.

At this point about half my orders are coming in with "no estimated ship date"
I'm so frustrated. I feel like it's such a waste of time to have to keep updating the processing profile if it doesn't stick, and also to have to go into each order to manually set the "ship by date"
I reported this via Etsy chat, and this was the response:
Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved. In the meantime please continue the order as normal adding tracking information and let your buyers know about this situation, I'll send this directly with my team so we can fix this issue.
I'm sure they have had many reports.
Same with me. Processing time changed to 1-2 days. Why is it always something???????????
My listings since 27th have changed from no estimated delivery, despite selecting processing and shipping features as required, to now saying ‘ shipping time varies, contact shop owner’
That’s going to really hinder sales. Not impressed!
