Same here. I wonder if they received so many complains (it was a mess for the first 7 - 10 days) that they ended removing that option and leaving us with the old "shipping profiles include the fulfillment timeline too" method.
I was finally getting used to the new system and actually liking it. Lol
Yeah my Processing Profiles are gone too and my Shipping Profiles now have the processing time back on them like they used to. No idea if it's a glitch or they scrapped the whole processing profile idea (secretly hoping they did). I spent more time than I should have fixing everything to work with the Processing Profiles and now they are gone??? If they come back will I have to fix everything again? I only have so many hours in each day etsy and lately it's getting a bit difficult for me to keep up uggg.
